An incredible pressure cooker - well loved but I just can’t justify keeping it after my business folded.

It has two main pressure settings at 7.26psi and 11.6psi, but it is a free-turning dial with maximum levels of customisation on pressure.

- Ergonomically designed handles for comfort and ease of handling
- Lid cover interlock to prevent pressure from building until the cover is properly locked and locks the cover until pressure is safely reduced.
- The spring valve pressure regulator features a short pop-up valve (about 1") that indicates the level of pressure inside the cooker.
- Pop up Pressure Indicator so lid can't be removed once steam is being released
- Safety overpressure valve
- 18/10 stainless steel with an Aluminium core in the base
- Stainless steel cooking surface does not react with food or alters flavours and is stick resistant.
- Two pressure levels: Fast cooking at 7.26psi and superfast cooking at 11.60psi.
- Suitable for all hobs including induction
