The BX Classic 10-Tray Convection Oven has been skilfully designed to incorporate all the essential functions and features needed to produce high quality bake-off products including croissants, Danish pastries, bread rolls, French sticks, bagels, muffins, cupcakes, éclairs and cookies. This quality oven boasts a wide range of features such as a simple to use Digital Controller for easy and intuitive use and overlapped and sealed foil-fronted, solid slab insulation for superb heat retention. The oven also has 9 programmes to store your most frequently used bake cycles, an internal oven light for clear visibility of the baking progress and clear glass door to maximise the visibility of the baking product.

Additionally, the oven also has a bi- directional fan ensures an even bake each and every time whilst the integrated steam system offers superb bake quality. The oven also has a sleep mode which returns oven to its optimum standby temperature and a manual mode for continuous baking which makes this oven a versatile oven for the most demanding of food service locations.

Please note: This is not a manual cook, so you will have to program to your own menu. The full manual will be provided with this machine in order to explain how to program.
