The range has a scap bin in the centre of the two pans which can be used for chips because it also has optional heating for when using for Chips.

This Electrolux combi oven was removed working from a school during a refurbishment where it had been regularly serviced and seems to have seen minimal use. They have since been re-tested and fully serviced in our workshop by our catering engineer to be in excellent order. These ovens are just as good as a Rational and are a pleasure to cook with.
