This Electrolux combi oven was removed working from a school during a refurbishment where it had been regularly serviced and seems to have seen minimal use. They have since been re-tested and fully serviced in our workshop by our catering engineer to be in excellent order. These ovens are just as good as a Rational and are a pleasure to cook with. A natural‑gas fryer from the Opus 800 range this Lincat single‑tank fryer is a strong fit for any kitchen, being slim fit and made of sturdy stainless steel it both functions and fits well with any kitchen having a fast recovery with a reliable performance.
Some notable features of the fryer is that it is able to deliver a high output (32–40 kg/hr) the fryer also has precise thermostatic control up to 190 °C an oil capacity of 16 L and it also comes with two baskets.
Also of note is that its fired burner is external that helps with oil drainage through body for safer and easier emptying and cleaning the appliance, all this makes this fryer Ideal for chip shops, pubs, and restaurants.
