This has been a workhorse for us over a few years and never let us down! Brilliant bit of kit for slow or low temp cooking - we used it for Pulled Meats.
Some businesses swear by these over the Alto Shaam, we’ve always thought it was amazing!

The quirks (please read)
This works amazingly but we bought it second hand from a company that took old equipment from Nando’s. It’s actually locked to a specific programme - we have the edit codes and have always used it without an issue changing the heat/time everything you need. Moduline will be able to reset it we just never needed to call anyone out so never got it reset!
