Fudge Making Equipment – Automatic Table-Top Electric Fudge and Caramel Cooker & Mixer with PLC Touch-Screen Control – Savage Bros Firemixer 14Bought in 2023 and used once a week since then, which is far less than these machines should be used.
Excellent piece of kit for making fudge, caramel, toffee etc. Even jams.
It has an agitator which continuously stirs.
It’s been a godsend to me for millionaire’s shortbreads and toffee.
A new machine on vantage house is over £21,000. Selling this for £15,000 or nearest offer.
Single phase. Needs water connection.
I also have a tap which can be connected for filling jars. Never used. It was £1,000 and this is included in the sale.
