The Falcon Salamander is a heavy-duty, commercial gas salamander grill designed for high-performance grilling, flashing, and finishing in professional kitchens.

The grill features a high-performance burner system paired with a heavy-duty cast iron chamber lining to maximize heat retention and durability. It is designed to accept standard 1/1 GN trays whilst the variable heat settings allow users to save energy during quieter periods when full output isn't necessary.

The grill is equipped with five-position shelf runners and a cast aluminium brander plate to accommodate varying food heights and cooking styles. Comes complete with stand.
