The Maidaid UT132-E is a high-capacity, double-skinned commercial pot and utensil washer. Designed for demanding kitchens, it effortlessly cleans large stockpots, gastronorm trays, and baking sheets. It features patented dual flow wash pumps that cut power consumption by up to 20% while providing exceptional cleaning power.

Features a massive 1320 × 700 mm rack size, an 850mm door clearance height, and overall dimensions of 1465mm W × 872mm D × 1959mm H.

Wash Cycles:
Includes 11 selectable wash cycles (from 2 to 12 minutes) to easily match varying levels of soiling.
Intuitive Controls: Uses a user-friendly soft-touch fascia with a polychromatic LCD display that physically changes color to indicate machine status.
Integrated Dosing: Onboard detergent and rinse aid dosing pumps are fitted as standard.
Efficiency: Features a built-in thermostop to guarantee minimum rinse temperatures and double-wall construction to minimize heat loss and noise.

Water: Works with hot or cold water supplies. Note: Running on cold water extends cycle times to allow the boiler to recover temperature.
