Firex Cucimix CBTE030 V1, an Italian-built electric tilting braising pan with integrated programmable mixer.Manufactured 2020. In good working order, used in our food production unit and being sold as we restructure our kitchen.
The Cucimix is a true labour-saver: program a recipe on the touchscreen and it cooks and stirs automatically with no constant staff attention.
Ideal for sauces, soups, stews, risotto, ragu, caramel, jams, creams, fillings and plant-based bases, and capable of tempering chocolate. A single unit that replaces a bratt pan plus manual stirring.
