This Electrolux AOS101EBK2 is a commercial Air-O-Steam electric combination oven designed for medium-sized professional kitchens.
The oven features various cooking modes and a built-in steam generator meaning the oven benefits from a constant supply of steam. It is equipped with a bi-functional fan system that pre-heats fresh air before circulating it to ensure even cooking across all tray levels and a built-in, fully automatic self-cleaning system with four pre-set cycles.
The oven also includes a single-sensor core temperature probe for precise internal monitoring and manual water injection for added moisture. Comes complete with stand.
