Double sided so unit can be loaded by kitchen staff on one side and accessed by serving staff on the other.
Comes with 5x heat proof GN containers with lids built in to the frame for added protection of food.
Interior frame is complete with handles on both sides for each bin plus the whole frame is removable for easy cleaning
