Description

This Moffat Twin Tank Fryer is a robust stainless steel model, with its compact build makes it suitable for a kitchen of any size. Having an oil tank of 13 L it allows for 31 kg/hr production rate.
Its twin tanks can allow for more menu variety as well as make it more suitable for lower and high working hours, it features a over‑temperature cut‑outs to prevent any accidents from over heating the oil in its tanks , the tanks have large cool zones to help with keeping the oil clean and longer lasting.
Each tank has a 32 mm drain valve and features two drain pipes to help with this process making for cleaning the appliance much easier all this makes this fryer perfect for any restaurants, takeaways, and mobile catering setups.
