Meet the marine-spec Lainox CBES061R combi oven — rugged, reliable and built to handle life at sea as well as life in a busy grounded kitchen. This compact powerhouse cooks with steam, convection or a combination of both, giving you juicy roasts, perfect veggies and flawless bakes with ease. It holds six 1/1 GN trays (60mm tray spacing) and comes with a clear LCD screen, simple controls and storage for up to 99 recipes so you can dial in your favourites fast.

This oven is without the automatic self cleaning system, however does feature cal-out - an automatic descaling program as well as an external hand shower make cleanup a breeze, A tough stainless-steel build intended for harsher environments with anti-slip racks.

This is a Graded Item and is not in its original packaging with little use as it has spent it's last few months as a demonstration oven.

IMPORTANT: This is a "marine spec" oven so please check with your installer that your site is compatible with the stated power supply! Failure to do this may lead to problems on installation which will void the supplied warranty.

It is supplied with a 3 month parts-only warranty, provided by CaterDirect which is validated at the point of delivery to site (not installation). There are some cosmetic markings to the stainless steel and handle (see pictured) but otherwise in good condition.
