Description
This Lincat Panther mobile hot cupboard with a bain-marie top is used for holding and transporting precooked foods at serving tempreature.The hot cupboard is fan assisted making sure all the food is evenly heated, it also has a thermostatically controlled bain marie top that can be operated with either wet or dry heat and features accurate digital electronic controls for temperature management.
It's trolley design allows it general access through door ways and narrow passages making it ideal for self service or back service such as restaurants, canteens, and cafeterias, carverys and any type of special events.
This unit is fully 1/1 GN compatible, typically allowing fo 3 x 1/1 GN containers up to 150mm deep, the bain marie section also has a drain tap for easy cleaning of this section of the appliance.
