Description

This commercial oven made by Parry is a versatile, stackable, fan-assisted electric oven designed for commercial kitchens.

The oven has a capacity of 210ltrs, with space for two 1/1 gastronorm trays side-by-side on each shelf and is Thermostatically controlled with a temperature range from 50°C to 280°C.

Features of the oven include, two 2.5 kW fan-assisted ring elements for fast, even heat distribution, side-mounted dial controls to allow for stacking other units on top, indicator lights for power and temperature and lockable castors for easy mobility.
