The Blue Seal G596-L-N is a heavy-duty, 600mm wide gas chargrill mounted on a leg stand, designed for high-volume commercial kitchens.The chargrill features 2 powerful 9.8KW burners that provide consistent, even heat. It is equipped with reversible cast-iron top grates and heavy-duty radiants that retain maximum heat to stamp distinct brand marks onto meats.
It is designed with an inclined grate position and a grooved layout that seamlessly channels grease into a front collection drawer, minimising mess.
