The Blue Seal Evolution Series G506D is a heavy-duty, 900mm wide commercial gas range featuring six 7kW open burners and a large 149-litre static oven, designed for high-demand professional environments.
The six dual-flame open burners feature removable heavy-duty cast iron supports and vitreous enamel pot stands whilst the oven, with a drop down door, is designed to accommodate 2/1 Gastronorm pans with four shelf positions and two oven shelves.
The oven rage is equipped with flame failure protection for safety and features heavy-duty reinforced control knobs and a "cool touch" stainless steel door handle.
