Williams WBC50 R1 Greenlogic reach-in blast chiller. Manufactured 2021. In good working order, used in our food production unit and being replaced as we upgrade capacity.

Blast chilling rapidly brings food from +70C to +3C in 90 minutes, locking in colour, texture, flavour and nutritional value and moving food safely through the bacterial danger zone.
