Falcon Single Tank, Twin Basket Fryer (Ref: RHC9595) - Warrington, Cheshire

The G3860 fryer is ideal for kitchens with a high demand for fried food. It has a 24 litre single tank with two baskets that can produce a combined output of 54kg of chips per hour, thanks to the fast heat up and recovery times.
The fryer has a temperature range of 130 - 190°C, making it ideal for a wide range of fried foods and has a fast-acting safety thermostat which automatically switches the appliance off if the oil gets too hot. Burner is lit by piezo ignition.
