This is a Cookshack SM160 electric smoker. This smoker is very reliable. I have used it regularly for overnight smoking of brisket and boston butts. It was also used for day smoking St Louis ribs, baby back ribs, lamb shoulder. This was a daiy routine at a smoke house restaurant and then for a weekend pop up business.
