Description

This twin tank counter top fryer made by Lincat is easy to operate and clean and is ideal for cooking various food products in professional kitchens. With two independently operated 3kW fryer tanks with seperate13A plugs meaning you can utilise one or both fryers when required and also reduce the risk of cross contamination. The 2 x 9 litre capacity tanks means the fryer can cook up to 24kg of chips per hour and thermostatic controls ensure you will be provided with accurate cooking temperatures throughout the cooking process. For additional safety, this commercial counter-top twin fryer also has a fail-safe top temperature cut-out and front mounted controls ensuring safe operation. The hinged elements provide easy access to the fully moulded stainless steel tank and the cool zone also collects cooking debris, providing cleaner cooking results. The front drain-off taps makes emptying and cleaning the fryer easy. Comes complete with 2 heavy duty frying baskets and 2 lids.
