Sold Sabatier Chef Knives Set - Yorkshire

Description

Sabatier carbon steel knives, most, 1975 bought John Mollett Bradford,West Yorkshire.

14" 12" 10" 8" 6"excluding handle, chefs knives, all carbon steel all wooden handles except the 14" that is black composite,
Sabatier carbon steel ham knife 10" wood handle.

Sabatier stainless steel cleaver, 7" composite handle, age unknown, about 1985 at a guess, just come back from re tipping, sharpening and buffing, therefore ready to go, all C.S.

Ones are in good condition with age related marks, as would be expected for fifty year old hard worked knives.

The cleaver is virtually as new, all have a small drilled hole in handle for hanging (no magnetic holders in those days) most have DC stamped on the handle.
