We purchased the food truck in Holland back in 2018. Its original use was a German military ambulance. With its low milage and military servicing it was one of the best condition 508d’s for sale at the time. We drove it back to the UK where we got it professionally converted MCC in Manchester. This Falcon Twin Tank Fryer is a great piece of equipment with each tank having a oil capacity of 12.8L per tank and being able to have 34kg of chips per hour.
Its notable for aloing the ability to be drained independently, this feature is useful during quiet periods where you may only choose to use one tank and then only drain the oil that has been used, this ia quite an advantage of the twin tanks fryer while also providing another benefit of the removal of risk of cross-contamination.
Each tank is powered by an 11.4kW burner and has a temperature range of 140-190°C. The fryer is fitted with a fast-acting safety thermostat that will cut power to the unit if the oil temperature gets too hot making this fryer safe and reliable for service.
