Twin arm (in the style of Artofex) for high hydration doughs and Viennoiserie doughs.

Twin speed with auto switch between slow and fast.
Timers on both speeds.

Fully stainless guard with no paint to flake or rust.

This style of mixer develops unrivalled dough extensibility without excess elasticity in a way that no spiral mixer can ever replicate.

Fully stainless with bespoke aluminium pallet to raise working height and allow pump truck removal for cleaning/ relocation.

Refurbished 2 years ago with new seals, timer, oil change.

Amazing condition, works perfectly and quietly with no bearing noises, leaks or issues.

We imported this from Italy in 2013 and have looked after it really well.

These are over £8k new nowadays and this machine has years of life left in it. Sorry to see this go to be honest!
