The Diamante lever range, inspired by the La Pavoni 1950’s design classic Concorso, is a beautiful and durable espresso machine concept crafting exceptional coffees whilst creating a stunning centrepiece to any environment in which it is placed.

Featuring mechanical chromed brass group heads and minimal electronic systems, the reliability of the equipment has been proven time and again when operating in the harshest environments.

The machine has added versatility as it features “duel fuel” or “Gas power” as standard opening up huge possibilities for mobile coffee carts and pop up cafe bar applications, allowing the machine to heat the boiler on electricity alone or through Gas / LPG heating of the boiler.

Benefiting from a number of unique features, it allows the Barista the closest possible control over espresso preparation.

The lever system is designed to only allow hot water from the boiler into the group.

When the cylinder is charged this in-turn allows the Barista to control the low pressure “pre-infusion” time to best suit the coffee blend used, creating an instant Crema on the espresso and a smoother, more subtle flavour to your coffee.
