Description

This Induction Hob made by Electrolux features a 6mm thick glass ceramic cooking surface with 2 highly efficient, independently controlled induction zones. Almost the entire surface of the ceramic plate can be used without “dead” spots and is endowed with an overheating safety device. The smooth, rounded corners enable easy cleaning, while ensuring control over any overspill whilst cooking. The right-angled side edges allow flush fitting joints between units, eliminating gaps and possible dirt traps. This Induction hob is suitable for countertop cooking and would be ideal for any professional kitchen.
