This is a brand new conversion built with 25 years of experience. There is plenty of cupboards built with strong catch’s to keep things secure in transport, as well as overhead shelf’s All custom made with aluminium to keep weight down and also retain structural strength

Underneath the extraction hood is an Electric overhead heated chip scuttle

Single tank double basket deep fat fryer (Gas LPG)

Four burner griddle hot plate (Gas LPG)

Four pot wet well Bain-marie. (Gas LPG).

Full size display fridge

Front counter chilled display

Gas combi boiler for hot water to your double sink.

A full electric system with led lights and plenty of sockets throughout.

Full 12v water system with onboard water tank with 200L capacity.

Front fold down sauce shelf finished in oak.

Please note that the Bain Marie and griddle could be changed for your needs if required at additional cost. The serving counter can also be converted to receive a sunk in salad bar if required again at an additional cost.

The exterior has been fitted with

Full fold out menu board finished with aluminium and stainless steal.

Full roof sign this is fitted with a 12v system and can be put up or down at the touch on a button. This is also fitted with led lights for night time illumination.

Reversing camera.

The exterior also has an extra compartment next to the gas bottle compartment.
This has been installed with the potential of housing a battery invertor system if this suits your needs.

This vehicle will come with a new 12 months M.O.T a Gas safety certificate and electric certificate.
