Description

This IMC Potato chipper is one of the fastest potato chippers available, producing 25kg of chips per minute, with minimum waste. Adjustable knife and scallop blocks offer a choice of four chip sizes and one scallop size. The large hopper makes loading easy, yet the chipper is compact enough for smaller kitchens and can be drainer, worktop or stand-mounted. This potato chipper has features including, automatic thermal overload, toothed belt drive and no-volt release to prevent automatic restart if power is cut. Constructed from stainless steel providing durability and easy clean this chipper is ideal for use in professional kitchens. Comes complete with stand.
