The Tecnoinox SG Rise & Fall Gas Salamander Grill is an open sided pass through salamander grill ideal for an central island sitting. The lower grilling tray can be raised and lowered making it ideal for quickly grilling and finishing a range of different food products.

PRODUCT FEATURES:
• Two high efficiency burners with variable flame setting controls.
• Burner is fitted with energy saving pilot - easy lighting.
• Piezo ignition.
• Lower grilling tray can be raised and lowered to suit item be grilled - 6 height settings.
• Supplied with removable stainless steel tray and chrome grilling rack - with security lock to prevent tray tipping.
• All stainless steel construction - easy to clean and durable.

Grilling Area: W570 x D400mm - will take 1/1 size gastronorm trays.
