This twin deck Pizza Oven by Moretti Forni is perfect for use within any demanding pizza shop and features revolutionary Dual-Temp ® Technology which adjusts the temperature by using efficient electronics. Inside the baking chamber the two thermocouples control and instantly adjust temperatures of ceiling and bedplate, which are separately settable by the operator resulting in perfectly cooked products. Fabricated from quality stainless steel this pizza oven comes complete with glass door with a single handrail for easy grip.
