Used Angelo Po 1G1CP1G-CPM04 Pasta Boiler.

Cooking well continuously welded to the top, with recess to trap starch and foam in the well; pressed well with large rounded edges and high-flow vertical drain line for rapid emptying;

AISI 316L 15/10 mm stainless steel well with polished finish for improved cleaning; cooking well designed for use with 1/1 G.N. containers.

Front overspill and starch removal area with drain outlet and perforated stainless steel basket drainage shelf in front of well.
Water filler and top-up taps with command on control panel and spout located on overspill and starch removal area.

Drain line in 18-10 stainless steel controlled by ball valve with easy access lever.

Heating by 2 groups of burner adjustable from 8 to 4 kW each, with command on control panel.

Capacity well 40 litres.
Well useful dimensions: cm. 51x30,5x28h.
Specific output: 400 W/litre.
Sealed exhaust flue with enamelled cast iron guard.
Heat-resistant knobs with screen printed markings and reference index printed on control console.

The product conforms to EC 1935/2004 Regulation and 21/03/1973 Rulemaking (Materials and Objects that are destined to come into Contact with Aliments).
Direct heating controlled by stainless steel burner group with safety valve- with pilot light and thermocouple.
Spark ignition with protected pilot light button, with manual ignition option.
Easy access to all parts from front cabinet and control panel.
