Description

The schnitzel grill by Bohner is a combination of a flat grill plate and a recessed multi-fryer which is especially suitable for frying a wide range of items such as schnitzels in oil or clarified butter or grilling fish, meat, vegetables, rice as well as potato dishes and desserts. This versatile piece of equipment is positioned on casters two of which are lockable and also includes a Beer salamander below the grill.

The flat top griddle has two easy to use controls and comes with drip tray and splash guard. The multi-fryer comes with three special schnitzel baskets which ensure you can cook all types of schnitzels effortlessly as the foods are kept in motion allowing optimal cooking results. The shallow fry section of the grill includes a splash guard with hanging device for the schnitzel baskets. Additionally the multi-fry grill includes a fat drain to easily replace used oil or clarified butter.
The Beer salamander has been designed to have short warming up times with three separate heat zones and very good heat output. It also has a selection switch enabling standby operation during periods of low demand, reducing power consumption by 67%. The step-less temperature regulation up to 350°C provides you with the flexibility required in demanding service times.
