Description
Uses corn granulate heated to an optimal polishing temperature of 50 – 70 degrees whilst agitated in a stainless steel tank.Cutlery, still wet and hot from washing can be added through the entry chute, this is then immersed in the hot corn granulate which dries and polishes as it feeds through to the exit chute. The cutlery is then collected in a tray ready for service or storage. The corn granulate is then recirculated through the machine for further use, the machine also uses UV bulbs in the tank to enhance hygiene.
