This Empire EMP-VRX1500/380 FG is a professional 1500mm counter-top refrigerated prep unit, designed for pizzerias, sandwich shops, and salad bars.
The unit is able to keep ingredients like pizza toppings, salad items, and sandwich fillings at a food-safe temperature between +2°C and +8°C for easy access during service. It features a full glass sneeze guard/enclosure allowing users to showcase ingredients to customers while maintaining hygiene.
The fridge uses static cooling with an automatic defrost function and an electronic digital controller for precise temperature management. It is built with a stainless steel interior and exterior for durability and easy cleaning and comes complete with gastronomes.
