This stainless steel Blue Seal convection oven is designed to provide fast and even baking.
This is the ideal plug-in oven for full size baguettes as well as a wide range of fresh, par-baked and pre-proofed frozen doughs, frozen pizzas, chicken, cookies and confectionery products.
The oven features a timer with "time up" alarm, mechanical thermostat, easy-clean glass door system, stay cool door handle.
