The Empire Fridge EMP-GN3100TN is a 3 door refrigerated prep counter designed for use in busy commercial kitchens and food service environments.

The unit features a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, a ventilated cooling system, and a solid worktop for food preparation.

The prep fridge features a temperature range of -2°C to +8°C and a 465ltr capacity complete with 3 shelves (1 per door 1/1 gastro compatible) for customizable storage.

The flat stainless steel worktop provides a practical surface for food preparation whilst the fridge ensures produce is perfectly chilled and close to hand.

The prep fridge also features an adjustable thermostat with digital display and is fitted with castors for easy positioning.
