Here we have a Starmix 40 liter PL40T planetary mixer.

This planetary mixer is suitable for all types of bakeries, confectionary, patisserie and pastry shops.

The Starmix PL40T is very heavy duty and is designed to please everyone's requests and needs.

The PL40T is an innovaitive machine with refined design and unique solutions.

It is very easy for the operator to use, easy to clean, and it doesn't allow any contact with the mechanical parts.

The mixer is very powerful and robust and also allows even hard dough to be processed.

All mixers come standard with a 40 liter stainless steel bowl, beater, a bowl trolley, and a fixed rotating safety guard. However a dough hook and whisk are available upon request.

The mixer requires three phase electricity.

This is a beautiful mixer and would compliment any kitchen.
