Description

This Falcon Oven Range features six independently-controlled 5.3kW hob burners, giving you the flexibility to gently simmer or flash fry as required. The top also features an extended hob area, allowing you to rest pans away from the heat, without taking up valuable counter space.
Below, the large double oven has a generous internal capacity over two adjustable shelves, accommodating up to five double-size (2/1) gastronorm trays in total making this perfect for cooking in bulk.
When service is over, the stainless steel design, semi-sealed hob and removable pan supports ensure a quick clean-up and hassle-free maintenance.
