From the strong easy-clean stainless steel construction and hinging elements to the front-mounted drain valve, the Lincat makes it much easier to clean and maintain the fryer. The DF33 is also supplied with a stainless steel lid as standard, helping to protect both the oil and unit whilst not in use.
