This unit was bought new from Blue Ice Machines in March 2023 and commissioned in April. It was used for 6 months before being decommissioned in September 2023, and has been in storage since.
A fantastic soft serve machine that gives you plenty of options for product mixes and mixtures. You can go all the way from double flavoured gelato or frozen yogurt, to simple uht vanilla. Gravity fed but still high output, it's very simple, quick, and easy to clean - an important consideration for day to day operation.
This machine is like new and comes with all its original paperwork, drip tray, air sticks and cleaning pack.
