Meanwhile the hot cupboard with a steel exterior that helps reduce heat loss and allows the hot cupboard to operate more efficiently is able to accommodate plates or plated meals keeping them warm whilst retaining quality. Each the hot cupboard, bain marie and heated gantry all have separate temperature controls. Ideal for use in any commercial kitchen.
