For sale is our Cookshack SM160 electric smoker, a reliable and high-performing unit.

We purchased this used smoker for our smokehouse and have recently transitioned to a different model.

The Cookshack SM160 is a "set and forget" smoker that has consistently delivered excellent results with smoking briskets and beef short ribs.

During our ownership, we acquired 2 additional nickel-plated grills and a thermometer from Cookshack UK, and you will receive the unit with the full set of 5 grills. This unit comes with the updated IQ5 board for enhanced functionality.

The smoker has been exclusively stored indoors, ensuring it is free from rusting. While our preferred wood choice was post oak wood chunks, the unit is also compatible with hardwood chips and pellets.

Capable of cooking up to 50kg of meat, this Cookshack SM160 is a versatile and reliable option for commercial use.

To ensure quality, the item will be degreased, cleaned, and refoiled before handover.
