For sale is a Gozney 1500 gas powered pizza oven. The oven is in full working condition and is just four years old. It was recently handling up to 600 pizzas per night before a kitchen refurb and change to a larger model. No problems or crack at all with the oven floor or dome.

Specifically designed for general commercial cooking applications and DEFRA exempt the Classic oven can cook a diverse array of foods whilst running on a choice of wood or gas as fuel options. The oven of choice for restaurants like Revere Pubs, Pizza Brizton and the double Michelin star L'Enclume. Gas front fascia optional extra.

Manufactured in the UK, the modular composition of the oven allows for easy access and assembly. Comprising a modern refractory internal core, a high density, thick refractory Gozney CeramixTM dome and heavy insulation, the Classic ovens are designed for optimal heat retention.

Boasting a traditional wood fired oven design, the Classic benefits from the perfect material composition to guarantee a high strength, robust deck, whilst maintaining the porous characteristics needed for fast and effective pizza and general commercial cooking applications

The oven has been taken apart for storage but can be pieced back together as per the original install. The original burner unit comes with the oven and is fully functioning. Looking for a quick sale so would be willing to listen to offers.
