This mobile servery by Parry is designed for functionality, the cupboard will keep plated meals at safe temperatures whilst the Bain Marie top keeps food items such gravy or beans, warm and ready to serve. The Bain Marie is also simmerstat controlled and has the capacity to hold four 1/4 gastronorm pots. Crafted from high-grade, double-skinned stainless steel, this appliance boasts excellent heat control and durability. Inside the unit there two chrome wired shelves which are removable for maximum serving flexibility.
