This actually was previously a soup bath/cooker, for pret a manger they used it to heat their soup up in a precise temp, Its all made from stainless steel and has a drain tap at rear with extended hose. This unit is digitally controlled so you can fill with water manually and pre set your temperature you require and it will hold that temp via thermostat. So you accurate cook / bathing is possible, It also has removable stainless steel section divider in side to allow you to put more than one product separately in side at once its a double bath section so you can either operate any side at any time.
