Our gas ovens allow an excellent cooking, comparable to the wood-burning oven. Designed for 6 pizzas with a diameter of 36 cm. The particular form of the side deflectors inside the cooking chamber – entirely made of stainless steel – allows to carry the heat towards the top part of the ceiling and refractory surface flame to reflect it on the cooking area. Independent regulation of the intensity of the ‘bedplate chamber’ flame and refractory surface and regulation of the temperature with digital thermostat. All our ovens are yearly certified and pass strict control tests.
