Please note that unless there are any major issues occurring with purchased units, we can only issue a refund within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is to pay the return postage or deliver to our address at their own cost.
If there is any damage present on any purchased items, please notify us immediately through our contact details in our profile picture.
Please note that the prices of our equipment don't include delivery from ourselves - collection from our listed address is free of charge.
We can arrange for delivery within 3 working days on a pallet at an additional cost. Please allow approximately one working day for us to complete the final checks of the equipment before collection or delivery.
On delivery please unpack and check items thoroughly before signing. Any damage must be noted on delivery note and signing as unchecked will not be acceptable. Please note that any minor damage to items prior to purchase will have be noted on their listings.
If payment has not been made before collection, we can only accept cash on collection as a viable method of payment.
