Gas fired stone based pizza oven. No cold spots or moisture within the oven thanks to inner clay dome, low operation costs due to efficient floating flame burners and well insulated inner clay dome. Option to burn wood. Easy access to cooked foods with large opening, beautifully exposed rear floating flames enhances restaurant decor. Easy to clean removal be shelves.
Portable as unit is on lockable wheels.

The stone base gives fantastic taste and texture to any pizza base. We also used the oven to bake bread, cook lasagne and pasta dishes. Roast garlic etc. the list is endless to what you can use the oven for.
