I got this oven imported from Germany and made to order when I started my micro bakery in 2020, making and delivering sourdough bread. The quality is outstanding which is to be expected from a German manufacturer.Three baking floors, each equipped with the unique MANZ special baking plate made of thick, specially developed stainless steel.
With three MANZ temperature selectors, the desired baking temperatures can be set continuously and independently of each other from 50° to 270°C.
The MANZ is the only household oven that is completely steam-tight. Thus, the entire intrinsic moisture of the baked / cooked food remains in the oven, it always remains juicy and never dries out.
